Welcome I am Gráinne Woods Kearney
I am passionate about looking after your self-care which incorporates both your mental & physical health.  It is very important to me for everyone to take time to look after yourself both physically and mentally as it can impact on your home life, and your work life.
I love exploring ways to make life more fulfilling, especially when it comes to our daily routines, habits, and well-being. 
I am an accredited Wellbeing Coach, Forest Bathinng & Shamanic Practicionor who Coaches individuals and groups.  
I have worked as a Social Worker in Northern Ireland in a range of areas including physical health and mental health for both children, and adults. I have worked with individuals & groups within the diverse sections of the community.
Many of whom experience emotional distress whose daily life were affected by factors such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement, stress, anger and low self-esteem. Here to help!

So, is life feeling a little chaotic? I’m here to help you clear the mental clutter, reconnect with what you want, and create mindful habits so you can go after your goals in a sustainable way.
I tailor sessions to suit individual’s needs, providing a non-judgmental and safe place to explore issues and learn new skills to cope with day to day pressures.
